I really mourn the slow and sad death of tumblr. It used to be a part of my life - I remember just scrolling through it on Saturday mornings, constantly refreshing. If Dan and Phil had uploaded there would be new art/gifs being uploaded. Or even silly things like everyone live reacting to Eurovision. Do people still live react? I guess streamers kind of but...its not the same. I miss having little niche cirlces online. Does that kind of things still exist? Fandom culture is dying...? Pie!!!
It's not even truly Autumn yet, but I've been craving comfort food so bad. Probably because I was eating so minimum carbs when I was trying to lose the weight I gained in Japan (heh)I made a gluten free butterscotich pie (so my flatmate could eat it). It made me want to replay undertale but I think I should wait until winter for ultimate cosiness. Then I made a butternut squash pie with mackerel. It's inspired by the pie from Kiki's Delivery Service. So I just put butternut squash a bit mashed on the bottom, then a layer of mackerel (yes it was tinned, ew, I know), then leek, onion, carrot with cream, cheddar, rosemary and thyme. Then topped with a layer of puff pastry. It was SO yum. I think I should make a recipe page on here too. Let me know what you think.

I have been eating bao buns I froze for the past week. No complaints, they're really tasty.I'm going to be buying donuts for my bf and his family who I'll be visiting today! We need to decide on a movie to watch.

New Beginnings
Soon, I will be starting a new job!It feels like life is slowly falling into place. My mental feels more positive too. New flat and a much bigger room. I'm going to work hard and be the best I can be!
